white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 刚来内蒙时，种树条件十分艰苦，住的是牧民帐篷。外出劳作一天，馒头就着冷水就是理事长一天的饮食。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">从小在大上海长大的理事长，哪里习惯在荒郊野岭里解手。实在憋不住了只能避开男士视线，就地解决问题。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 理事长先后动过一次肠道大手术，当时医生嘱咐伤口愈合需要时间，必须静养3个月。但术后8天的她又马不停蹄奔赴各地作公益宣传、术后不满2个月又拿起铁锹在植树基地干起了体力活儿。为此术后不久，肠子时常从伤口内断裂的肌肉层里钻出，她就用拳头将肠子顶回去。有时实在忍不住疝气引发的疼痛，就吞止痛药。为医治疝气理事长曾住院多次，为此主治医师生气地发了话：我们的技术已无法帮您修复反复破裂的伤口了，不得已理事长才去日本再次做了手术。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 9月中旬刚完成植树任务的理事长夫妇为配合央视公益宣传，从植树基地又赶去内蒙赤峰拍外景。先是理事长丈夫摔了一跤，扭伤了胳膊。接着第二天，理事长也不慎摔成腰椎压缩性骨折。这都是因为常年睡眠不足而造成骨质疏松的原因，但这些不为人知的酸甜苦辣从未让理事长夫妇退缩和动摇过。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 每年3月底～9月中旬是绿色生命内蒙植树基地最繁忙的季节，有时会有几个团队近两百人一起到达基地。机场和火车站的接送、住宿饮食安排、现场植树指导、带队旅游、活动结束前团队费用结算（细致到每一位）等，都成了这几位妈妈必须协助理事长完成的任务。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
